RYTAN Construction completed the transformation of a portion of the former Maryvale Mall into the Steve Gallardo Event Center for the Cartwright Elementary School District. This adaptive reuse project converted existing retail space into a modern, multi-purpose community and event facility designed to support district programs, meetings, educational activities, and community events.
